PC film, PC sheet series
Double-sided polished PC film: Representative models are PC-811A, produced in a clean room with a low-stress process and an online defect scanner to detect, classify, and locate defects on the film surface. With high definition, high heat resistance, high dimensional stability, and good picture printability, it is ideal for LED/LCD Windows and back printing applications, such as household appliances nameplates, toys, helmets, audio-visual equipment, and car dashboards. In addition, the various textures required for the production of electroplating and screen printing are used for aesthetic decoration and optical effects.
Printing grade frosted PC film: The representative models are KLX PC-835B, 832B, 835BG, which is a PC film with a sand surface and a matte finish on the other side. The film’s high-temperature resistance, good dimensional stability, and excellent printability without pretreatment make it an excellent choice for multi-layer printing applications such as surface decoration, floor drawing, high-performance labels, and in-mold decoration. Suitable for screen printing using traditional solvent-based or water-based inks, as well as UV or infrared drying inks, the film is easy to thermoform, emboss, die cutting, hydroforming, and bending processing. The medium sand texture is resistant to surface chafing and can be used on the surface of light-emitting instruments (LEDs). The latest technical improvements have effectively reduced texture and color differences by 50% and improved thickness control.

PC flame retardant film series
Black environmentally friendly flame retardant PC film: The representative model is KLX FRPC-870B, which is a black, medium sand on one side and matte flame retardant PC film. UL94 fire rating reaches VTM-0 or V-0. The film has good formability, excellent mechanical properties, good dimensional stability at high temperatures, and a high flame retardant rating. Suitable for electrical supplies, disk drives, bus bars, TVS/monitors, PC boards, and business equipment insulation applications, when fitted with metal foil can be used for insulation and EMI/FRI shielding.
Ultra-thin environmentally friendly flame retardant PC film: Representative models are KLX FRPC-83, 83B, FRPC-83 film is a natural color, one side matte, the other side smooth flame retardant PC film, UL94 fire rating of VTM-0, KLX FRPC-83B film is black, one side matte, the other side smooth flame retardant PC film, UL94 fire rating of VTM-0. The film has good formability, excellent mechanical properties, good dimensional stability at high temperatures, and a high flame retardant rating. Halogen-free environment-friendly flame retardant PC film series
Representative models are FRPC-1870B, FRPC-1860, FRPC-1860B, 1860-83B, etc.

KLX FRPC-1860, 1860B, 1860-83B film is to meet the special needs of customers production of halogen-free flame retardant PC film, one side matte, one side fine sand, UL94 fire rating reached VTM-0 or V-0, easy to hot forming, hydroforming, embodying, die-cutting, folding and bending processing. It can be widely used in printed circuit board insulation, power supply, display panels, TV/monitor, electrical appliances, and other internal insulation and shielding.

Environmentally friendly flame retardant PP film series
Representative models are: PP WT-10, PP WT-16, PP BK-15 and so on.
KLX PP-WT/BK is a flame-retardant polypropylene film, UL94 fire rating reached V-0 & VTM-0, in line with the EU ROHS Directive and strict UL safety specifications. The film can be widely used for folding and bonding insulation and shielding of power supplies, televisions/displays, business jets, etc.
