PFA Film
PFA film is made of PFA resin by melting extrusion. Its surface is smooth, and the product has excellent performance in all aspects. The film can be heat sealed, welded, metalized, multilayer composite, vacuum forming, etc. The product thickness can be customized, and the width can be up to 1600mm.

PFA Film Features
Chemical resistance
- PFA film has strong chemical inertia and can withstand common strong acid and alkali chemicals, such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid. It can also withstand common strong solvents like DMF, DMSO, etc.
- PFA films cannot withstand molten alkali metals, fluorine gases, and halogen compounds at specific pressures and temperatures.
- PFA film can block most gases and liquids, and the specific blocking data needs to be obtained by corresponding testing and verification.
Heat resistance
- PFA film can be used at -240℃ ~ 260℃ for a long time.
- PFA film product melting point 305℃.
Electrical properties.
- Compared with other film materials, PFA film has a very outstanding reliability.
- High dielectric strength up to 250KV/mm.
- Very low dielectric constant and dielectric loss.
Mechanical toughness
- Excellent anti-stick and low friction properties.
- It still has acceptable mechanical properties at very low temperatures.
Combustion performance
- PFA film flame retardant grade is UL94-V0.
- The oxygen index of the PFA film was 95%.
Weather fastness
- PFA films can withstand prolonged outdoor irradiation without changing their properties.
- PFA film has good UV transmittance.
PFA Film Applications
- PFA film can be welded, thermoformed, and can be combined with a variety of materials, often used in excellent hot sol materials.
- PFA films are chemically inert and resistant to most chemicals. It is ideal for use in complex environments with high temperature and chemical resistance, such as chemical pumps, tank linings, shrink tubes, bursting discs, and seals.
- PFA films have excellent electrical properties over a wide temperature range and can be used in the insulation needs of high-frequency copper-clad panels wires and cables.
- PFA films have non-stickiness and excellent UV transmittance and can be used as high-temperature release films, such as semiconductor packaging, 3D printing, etc.
